Because each item is handmade, every piece is unique and may feature slight variations in color, texture, size, glaze, or finish. These natural variations are part of the character and authenticity of handmade work and are not considered defects.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for minor variations, personal preferences, or slight differences from product photos.

Please review product descriptions and images carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged during transit or has a significant defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

In such cases, we will gladly provide a replacement item at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for orders that cannot be replaced or resolved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
